If you do wish to use cash, there are ATMs and foreign exchanges available throughout the city.

What clothes should I bring with me?
People in Stockholm are typically quite stylish but favor muted colors. If you want to fit in with the crowd, keep it simple with black, white and grey. Due to its proximity to the water, Stockholm can be quite breezy, so even in summer, it’s best to have layers to keep warm. In winter it’s important to wrap up with a good winter jacket, hat, and gloves. The pavements can be quite slushy and icy so make sure you bring a pair of sturdy winter boots.
Can I use my SL travel card to travel to the airport?
If you are traveling to Bromma airport it is possible to use SL public transport and therefore your SL travel card. However, SL travel cards are not valid on airport coaches or the Arlanda Express. You can use the regular commuter rail service to reach Arlanda airport using your SL travel card, however, you must pay a supplement of SEK 120. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes.
